Half of the kiddos are bringing home their first rainbow book today! We worked hard on this first book for the letter M. We practiced formation, we practiced reading, and we practiced writing too! Please sit down with your child and look through this book together! If your child does not have one they will bring it home tomorrow!

We have started to work on learning what a letter is, what a word is, and what a sentence is. Today we also practiced reading our first book! We talked about getting our mouth ready with the first sound and looking at the picture for help! This first book went into our book box in the classroom! The kids were excited to practice reading with a partner!
